I had the total security virus and it took over my pc. I have to user accounts. I downloaded the instructions in this site to fix it but now I can not start any applications on the user with the virus. Such as outlook, says application not found or firefox it wants to know what application to I want to use to run it. I ran malwarebytes on the user that did not have the virus because I could not stop it by using the iexplorer.exe on the user with the virus. Help
