I have an access application loaded locally on 5 computers with the data file saved to a sharable folder on our server. I have 4 users running XP and 1 user running Vista. If any XP user logs into the application, the Vista user cannot - the app just hangs and you have to reboot to kill the session. If the Vista user is the 1 computer to log in, they can use the app without issues even when other XP users log in after.

I have checked the security settings of both the app and data file so that all users listed have FULL CONTROL. I also checked the sharable folder on the server that all users have FULL CONTROL.

Any ideas?
