I am trying to delete the executable file from my desk top of a program I never even installed and for some reason it wont let me do it no matter what I try. Any suggestions? When I try to unlock the file via my Auslogics Task Manager so I can delete it, it won't let me do it either. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Error 1 trying to delete file

Error 2 Using Task Manager

1. Try Safe Mode.

2. Download, and install Unlocker: http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/
Restart computer.
It'll install under right click menu.

Open Windows Explorer.
Navigate to offending folder/file.

Right click on a folder/file. Click Unlocker
Select Delete from drop-down menu:

Click OK.
A folder/file will refuse to be deleted, but Unlocker will give you an option to delete on reboot:

Click Yes.
