Have an issue and don't know how to fix it. Running Windows 7 and probably about every 15 minutes the computer restarts. I've run virus scans and come up with nothing. A friend of mine said to install HiJack this but I don't know what to do with it and I'm uncomfortable deleting things from the registry as I don't really know what I'm doing with it.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
