I just got a new Dell PC with Win7. Recently a blue/yellow shield began falshing in the lower toolbar near the start menu. It offers itself as jucheck.exe and has a message jucheck.exe is requesting your p.... Appears to be a virus to me but I'm not noticing any negative impact other than the constant flashing and the fact i can't get rid of it.

Norton and Webroot are running. Also ran malicious software tool which found nothing and Malwarebytes. This thing still hangs around and can't get rid of it. Any ideas?
