Hi All. New to community, but joined because it looked interesting, and of course because I have a problem. I have been infected with the Security Tool virus - not on this computer - and hit a snag I cannot get over. Found the removal proceedure on Bleeping Computer site. Started off well but got to instruction 11 and can go no further. I try to save in the appropriate folder but I keep getting a notice that I need permission off the administrator. I am the administrater. I am the only person that uses the computer. Only my name is in it. Does anyone know how I get over this please?

Kind regards
