virus? registry error? please help!

i have multiple errors on my pc..what can i do to fix these problems??? ill name them off and if you know how to solve any of them..please tell me
p.s. i am the admin on my pc BTW..

1. i cannot use windows messenger
2. my network sharing center connection is: unkown and is access denied
3. i cannot send a file to the recycle bin
4. i cannot create a new folder
5. i keep getting application error exactly like this:

Exeption EOLeSysError in module rtl120.bpl at 0005F9F1
Access is denied, ClassID:{FCA02D56-BF9D-4591-AD41-E59AF763C64A}

i have done the one-click maintenance with tune up utilities and all is well.. i also get a error every so often that pops up and says, "Tune up utilities one-click maintenance has stopped working" and "Tune up utilities system status check" has stopped working

6. internet explorer, mozilla, and chrome's fllash will crash alot..

i have scanned with windows defender, clean. i also scanned with avast and all avast found was my cracking tools, a patch, and 1 virus(which i deleted)

pc still has problems..
what do i do???

p.p.s. im using vista, x64 home premium

Use of cracking tools and possibly use of pirated software could be the cause of all your issues. I would highly recommend you remove all the cracking tools all the pirated software and buy legit stuff.
