Help removing Antivirus Suite

In the process of collecting the information you need to assist in my removing Antivirus Suite, I have been unable to complete the "save" of the GMER process. The error message said something about insufficient system resources, I believe. Now all I havce is an hourglass! I did complete the two other files. I can't even get back to my desktop now for that reason, I guess.

I am in safe mode w/networking.

help, please!
