Internet Explorer - invalid menu handle

ok.. please help me out if you can..

i recently switched to Comcast cable internet..
and the setup came with software..
what it did was made some changed to my IE..
like changed the logo to comcast's
somehow.. some IE files were deleted..
the tempary IE files.. i guess missing some folders?
cuz when i try to download a torrent file..
it gives me..

C:\xxx\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\8X01EBO9\xxx.torrent
invalid menu handle

i followed the path to the folder..
and there isn't a "Content.IE5" folder in my Temporary Internet Files

how do i fix this?
