Found suspicous files, what next

I can post the hijack, dds files if necessary. I ran spybot,avast and malwarebyes but they found nothing.
Im not sure if I can ignore these files. The PC is OK but the HD runs a bit more than usual.
Please let me know if I am in the right forum.
