Hi there, I would like to say hello and thanks in advance. I know enough about computer command lines to get myself in trouble. I have been running PC tools and cannot get help from them or run and auto update.

Therefore their program cannot remove whatever is causing problems. My computer will not run in Safe mode. Windows XP Service Pack 2. I cannot get up to the MSN Website, I cannot run Andy’s Manchester’s fix. I have cut and pasted his command lines but they do not seem to work, I do enter “r” to fix the safe boot key but nothing seems to happen. When I attempt to run in safe mode I get what appears to be registry entices and then the computer blue screens. As you can see I have run trend micros Hijack this and have included the report noted below. I have been trying to fix the problems myself and with the assistance of PC Tools and have come to the idea that you might be able to help me. I admire what you do in the computer community. It is most admirable…

I have been told to seek the assistance of professionals, so here I am,

Many thanks in advance, I just tried to post and do not know if I did it correctly so I will try again, If there are two copies of this same correspondence I do apologize, emails also works for me which is noted,

TY EB, I am very happy to provide you the data you request but I do not know what you mean by dds logs and how to pull them up. Nor do I know what GMER Log means.

Let me know how to get you the information you need and I will do so.

I am very appreciative that you will be helping me.

Sincerely and Respectfully.

I was dwonloading and scanning with GMER and I got this "Google webanalytics" in my ie explorer bar, that wants to run a scan of my computer. I always click no and it indicates that it is a part M soft which I do not believe. It popped uo and my whole computer froze and it stopped the GMER scan which is what I assume you want. I will go back to GMER and start to scan agin. TY in advance.
