The fan doesnt kick on whenever I power on the laptop, at least I dont hear any noise. So, is it possible that the power connector for the fan came off and thats why the fan doesnt run, or could it really be broken? If it is, can I use any old lapton fan that fits in the space or does it have to be a specific fan? Is there a tutorial online on how to replace the darn thing?
