Hi,

I am examining your log.
Everyday is virus day. Do you know where your recovery CDs are ?
Did you create them yet ?

Hi

Please Download LSPFix from: here

Run the program and tell me if there is in the left pane a file called lsp.dll

Don't fix anything. Click the "X" to close the program.

Yup, lsp.dll is bad. It is a part of SAHAgent. I was not sure if it is there, it's not visible in the HJT log.

I'll be back shortly with the removal instructions.

Run lspfix.exe and tick "I know what I'm doing".
Move all instances of lsp.dll to the Remove pane, using the >> button.
Press the Finish button. When LSP-Fix is done removing the LSP you will see a summary box.

Reboot your machine.

Please uninstall this program from Add\Remove Programs.
Look for one of these entries: ShopAtHome.com, ShopAtHomeSelect, SAHAgent.

Reboot and post a new log.
