I am uncertain whether or not MBAM or SuperAntiSpyware has thoroughly cleaned everything.
And what may I do seeing as to how I can not use Combofix or SDFix on a 64bit Vista

Why do you want to use the tools you know nothing about??.. These are specialised antimalware tools - dangerous if used improperly... Moreover, 64bit systems are "built" in a completely different way - if these tools ran successfully on such a system, you would end up with a damaged Windows... Keep that in mind, please...

Please do the following:
Download OTL.exe by OldTimer to your Desktop.
  • Close all windows and double click OTL.exe.
  • Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted.
  • It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  • You may need to use two posts to get it all.
