Speaker drivers needed

i cant get my speakers to work they are altec lansing speakers and they worked fine before i put a windows95 restoration disk in and my computer was a windows me now it says i need a driver and i dont know how to get a driver for it does anyone else know how......help me please.....thank you teresak

Hello teresak and welcome to BC.

It might be a challenge to find Win95 drivers but we can try. Download Belarc Advisor and run it on the computer. Post back with the information it gives you concerning the motherboard and also any information regarding the Game, Video and Sound controllers.
