I've never joined a "community" like this so I am curious.
I've always managed quite well with my computers, but recently a certain malware has given me problems.
Hope I can find some help here.

Since this is a community of users there are Members with varying degrees of knowledge, and as well different areas of expertise. By sharing knowledge and collaborating on solving individual problems, the "weak links" in the chain disappear.

Hello MG8 and  to Bleeping Computer.

Please take a few moments to browse the New User Orientation forum, to help familiarize yourself with how the forum works.

Also, don't forget to check out the Tutorials.
There is a lot of very useful information there.
