Clean Install Windows problems

Ok so i had Bit Defender installed and it went crazy and started recognizing EVERYTHING i did as a virus and started putting all kinds of files in quarantine. i uninstalled bitdefender so maybe the files would be put bac but everything was malfunctioning. i ended up formating te drive and then my computer didnt want to load the files necessary for a clean install on windows. but then all of a sudden some file caled BOOTMGR is missing and press control alt delete to restart over and ove and it never boots. What is im supposed to do??

But since you've already nuked your system (formatted your hard drive), there is no need for a patch.

Do you have a Windows 7 installation disk?
