How do you add a white page on top of a backround. Like this one: http://www.computerrepairdirectory.com/

Then add data on top of it? :flowers:

I am creating learning websites in Notepad

Right click anywhere in the page, then select 'view source'. It will show you exactly how it is done.

If you use Firefox the Web Developer add-on is a great tool that allows you to easily view html, css and images being used on a site. Great tool for dissecting pages and figuring out how other people have done things.
