that link u gave me says its help remove ubuntu if i insatlled it with wubi but i havent i did it on a seprate partion please help me thanks
The tutorial is for when it's installed on a separate partition, as it is simple to uninstall using Wubi.
Everyone who uses Ubuntu knows how to remove Ubuntu when you installed it with wubi. But sometimes it's hard to remove (uninstall) Ubuntu when you installed it in separate partition (without wubi).

Just reformat the partition and load up the recovery console and type in fixmbr
