Bitdefender reporting trojan downloader on Windows 7 64 bit

This prompt came up when I used the http://www.virustotal.com/ website to scan some of the files in that directory:

When I tried to scan C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore\Logs\tmp.edb, it reported the file didn't exist!
