Hello,

I heavily depend on my laptop for school/work and it's been extremely slow as of late. A relative of mine referred me to your site as he says you've helped him so many times.

Would you be able to have a look at my laptop and see why it's so slow and how I can go about cleaning it up so that I can optimize its speed?

Thanks!

Hi ,regarding your commet wt to ccleaner.... in your opinion and expertise could you recommend a cleaner. I currently use Internet and Windows Cleaner Pro 5.6 and had to enable via the compatibity section for use on Vista.
