Hallo to everybody,

Yes, first time I was in touch with your site was 2008. I had a problem with virus called XP 2008. After endless cueing and useless support from Norton I gave up. Goolgled and found your site. 15 minutes later my computer was clean. I posted a thank you mail and an introduction but it might have been missplaced among all your topics.

I have been working with computers since 1981 and sold the very first Commondore VIC-20 in my shop. I work and live in the south part of Sweden.
Today I don't have my own shop anymore but I'm still in business and work for a big chain store in Sweden. I'm not a hacker or keen on the system. I just sell the stuff. So often when I or customers run into problems I need support. THerefore I very greatful and impressed by your site. A lot of people with an amasing experience how to fix a "bleeping computer".

Today I have new problem but I will try to understnd your site and use correct forum.

All the best
