Hi , my problem is , my Network get " Layered service provider not configured properly " when I diagnostic and repair the Network .
How it happens : Everytime on my school website , when i try to send a attach file to my teacher using a message system on the website , it hang , connection down and I diagnostic , " Layered service provider not configured properly " . So whats happening to the LSP?

* What is the LSP ( Layered Service Provider ) anyway?

You might try LSP Fix.

While running 'LSP Fix' , a error pop out and told me to reinstall WinSock 2
