I became infected with Iternet Seurity 2010 several months ago. I used some software that I found on the internet to remove this. Even so, it has left me with many things disabled.

I cannot log on as administrator.
I cannot backup or restore.
Some options are missing from the control panel.
I cannot restore to factory settings.

I really need to clear this, so I can start from scratch. Any help would be appreciated.
