computer slow to start up and web browser is also very slow upon open. I have run AVG 9.0 3 times, Malwarebytes 1 time, Ccleaner 3 times, but sluggish attitude still persist. All scans show as clean, but something must be hiding underneath.

Avg boot up time is about 3 min and most actions are stalled and slow to start-up. # of processes running immediately after start with no programs running is around 98-102.

Computer running on Vista Business 32bit
