I have bitdefender but whatever is on my computer seems to have control of the scanning process and my full scan that in the beginning took hours to complete is finished in minutes and I am blocked from updating the program or running the online scan. I downloaded avast after disabling bitdefender and that scan was clean as well as spybot. I have tried to work with the bitdefender technical support but they never get back to me and seem to be going off a vanilla manual and not reading about my specific problems.
I can provide a highjack this report or whatever else someone might need to diagnose.
Any help would be huge.

Just to add to this...
I have been reading some other posts and tried to download rkill. It seems to be downloaded by when I run it a window opens and the quickly disappears. Same result in safemode other that it leaves a log stating that it canceled itself. I tried to download Malwarebytes but my computer is not letting me. It is also blocking superantispyware.
