A client of ours received a product upgrade certificate to move from
9.0 to 10.0. The 10.0 license files have been added to the server. I have been trying to roll out the new license files to
the remote clients on the network but I don't know how to select the
upgraded license file. I use the NT client install option under the
tools tab. All remote clients remain on version 9.0 after I try to
install 10.0. Instead of replacing the Version9.0 files the 10.0 files were added. Is there a way to select the license file I want to
use? We are using 1 file server that acts as our antivirus server.
Operating System: Windows 2003. All clients on the network are using
XP Pro.
