some unknown to me malware

I wrote a few days back about a problem with files just appearing and when you quarentine them they come back under a new name. Not exactly sure what it is, but it is back again. seems the more I quarantine the more I get. they come and they go then try to run victicious running programs in multiple tries. (like it will show multiple netstat running or notepad) etc etc. I have attached documentations from OLT as well the said documentations from gmer and DDS

I have since crashed the computer again and reformatted, and still have the same things coming up. what is it that can maintain through a reformat that can stay on the hard drive

I have since crashed it again and installed Kaspersky trial edition, it came with a lot of things that were infected with the win32 sality.aa virus but at this time seems to be running fine again thanks for trying to be helpful with it, I will be back if something isn't right with it
