Once upon a time I stumbled upon an "analyzer" on the Internet that apparently was able to show you if your PC was "visible" or "invisible" to the outside. Does anyone know what this analyzer could be and where I could find it? Also, I guess I would need to know if these analyzers are legit or not. Thanks for any info!

An independent and well-known series of tests is provided by Shields Up, and is geared toward the general user. In addition to providing a lot of very useful information and explanations about the tests, it will test your firewall's ability to "hide" your internet connexion from prying eyes.

Now let's hope your computer shows complete stealth and passes all the tests.
