Can't connect to the internet after removing Security Tool

My computer was recently infected with Security Tool. I used the instructions listed on this site and was able to remove the virus. However, I am now unable to connect to the internet as a result. I don't know much about computers. I just expect them work properly. HELP!!! Please and Thank you!

I recently got the Security Tool virus and followed those instructions to remove it. However, I am unable to connect to the internet from my desktop PC. Help please! Thank you!
