I can't tell if help is free or if subscriptions are necessary. I was hoping to post a hijackthis log to get some insight into why this thing is so slow. I ran Norton, Adaware, and cleaned all temporary files history and cookies, and for some reason the thing is incredibly slow when I start up. It seems to get better after about 45minutes of excrutiating delays. Any insight on how to get help would be appreciated.
