Can you help. Here's my log, I've run every virus detection, spyware, cleaner programs that I can find and I can't stop this. My computer is sending out tons of e-mails (I can tell becuase my Norton anit-virus scans them, but doesn't stop them) can you help? Do you see anything fishy in here?
Thanks

Hello zip and welcome to BleepingComputer.

Download CCleaner and install.
- Do not run it yet.

Configure Windows to enable viewing of Hidden and System files.

Start HJT and click on the SCAN button. Put a check mark in front of the following lines if they still show:

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [outpostupdate] C:\WINDOWS\System32\outpostupdate.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [outpostupdate] C:\WINDOWS\System32\outpostupdate.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [outpostupdate] C:\WINDOWS\System32\outpostupdate.exe

O16 - DPF: {9AE283A5-DF43-4C83-B6AA-7EBDBDB0204A} (VacPro.canada_ver10) - http://66.194.38.28/dialer/canada_ver10.CAB
O16 - DPF: {B1B7606A-D7B9-42A8-AFA2-476308413211} (VacPro.canada_ver4) - http://advnt01.com/dialer/canada_ver4.CAB

O21 - SSODL: HijackThis - {35AB9E34-4EC0-12ED-916D-21EDBC958430} - c:\documents and settings\dave\local settings\temp\winmuadjn32.dll (file missing)

With ALL OTHER WINDOWS CLOSED, click on Fix Checked.

Open Windows Explorer (Windows key+e), navigate to and delete the following file:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\outpostupdate.exe

Run CCleaner.
- Uncheck "Cookies" under "Internet Explorer".
- If you are running Firefox: ,then click on the "Applications" tab and uncheck "Cookies" under "Firefox".
- Click on Run Cleaner in the lower right-hand corner. This can take quite a while to run.
- When finished, exit CCleaner.

Reboot.

Please do an online virus scan at two or more of the following sites:
Panda ActiveScan <--Scan 'My Computer'.
TrendMicro Housecall <-- Select 'Complete Scan', then check 'My Computer'.
BitDefender On-Line Virus Scan <-- Accept the defaults.
eTrust <-- 'Cure' whatever is found, then delete if unsuccessful.
Symantec Security Check <-- Run the virus scan.

If there are any files that cannot be automatically disinfected or quarantined then attempt to delete them manually. Report anything that can not be removed.

Please post a fresh HJT log along with results of the above virus scans.
