Attempting to remove IS2010 caused more issues

we can close this or leave it as a cautionary tale-

if i would have read all the "internet security 2010 removal" and "problems running malwarebytes" how to's ..(running rkill solved the exe problem0 i would have seen you guys were kind enough to post answers already to those who came before me
