I recently had my computer cleaned by a family member that deleted some programs and every since I have had connection problems with Mapquest directions, Yahoo email contacts, Media Player and TV Guide listings. My family member has tried to fix this problem, but has not had any success. We tried looking in address.yahoo.com within 30 days but the contacts were not there.

Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas?

Thanks,
BQ

hi, not much to go by,what error messages if any are you getting when you try to connect to said programs .
.in the meantime try replacing any missing windows system file you will need the windows disk in the drive when doing this ,
go to start , open run and type in with out the quotes,"sfc /scannow" there is space between the sfc and the /. see if that helps any ,but pleas let us know if you have any error messages ,good luck

My answers are my opinion only, usually
