Just a note to introduce myself. I am an Engineering Manager looking for a dysfunctional engineering department what needs my help.

I have been using personal computers for 20+ years, but gave up on trying to be an expert when Windows became the dominant OS. I will be interested to see what is on this site. If I can help anyone, I'll try.

Thanks for joining, and welcome to BC! Computing (and not just MS Windows) has become so complex that no one can reasonably expect to be an expert in every aspect. Members here share their expertise and experience in various subjects so that everyone can muddle through.
Regards,
John
