I've almost removed all problems caused by PSGuard trojan thanks to smitrem, trojanhunter, cleaner, and adaware. I couldn't run ewido because I use Win98.

The last problem is my wininet.dll file. I can't seem to keep it on my computer. Every time I copy from CD, it's gone when I reboot.

Following is HJT file

Hello,

I see you have been using Panda...

Can you check if there is a autoexec.pav present on your system?
If so, right click and edit C:\Autoexec.bat (NOT autoexec.pav).
First make a backup of that file... so copy the contents of Autoexec.bat in notepad and name it autoexecbackup.bat (save it on your desktop)
Then edit the original autoexec.bat and remove everything in there.
Then rightclick autoexec.pav , choose edit and copy the contents present to C:\autoexec.bat, save and close.

Are you sure the wininet.dll isn't infected anymore? Because if it is, you need to replace it with an uninfected copy.
What you can do is, if wininet.dll is infected, copy it to your desktop and scan that file with panda online to disinfect it. Rename the infected wininet.dll present in your system folder to wininet.old and replace it with the disinfected copy that is present on your desktop.

Also check and fix next entries in hijackthis:

R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/customize/.../search/ie.html
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [NoAds] "C:\PROGRAM FILES\NOADS\NOADS.EXE"

By the way... It seems like you have to re´nstall Yahoo Parental Controls, because your winsock got corrupted (most probably a scanner tried to delete that file which is legit though)

Thank you for your reply. I failed to mention that I have also used Panda.

I will try your recommendations tonight when I am home and let you know the status.

Okay.. success.
According to your first post, I'm pretty sure you won't have any problems with following my steps, because it seems like you know what you are doing and you know your system well.

In case there are any questions or doubts.. feel free to ask.
