Elise, I have the exact same problem as dbcash, except that I have had the redirecting problem for a while before the rest started.
Following the guide, I could download the rkill, but whenever I try to use it, it gets blocked. I tried to run it again without closing the warnings, as suggested in the guide, but it still got closed. The warnings are a mix between rkill.exe and cmd.exe being infected. I tried the other 2 copies of rkill, but the same thing happened.
I can use Firefox, but I am using IE on another computer.
I did a few virus scans with Avast, even a "Thorough" Scan of my C: and D: but nothing was found.

Any ideas of what I can do please?

EDIT: Nevermind. After many retries of rkill, it finally worked, stopping Antivirus Soft and allowing me to run Malwarebytes. I just hope that the scan will find what is wrong.
The only thing that the scan found wrong was one of the rkill.exe copies...
