hi all,

although I have been working with computers for the last 30 years (mainly Windows applications such as Excel, W4W, Access db, etc) I am very inexperienced with the various internal setups.

On the job I have our IT people to look after my PC but at home I am on my own. Of consequence, when I need to fix something, I am on my own and, oh boy, do I get lost.

I hope I can get some assistance in this forum and, if I am able to, I am willing to share whatever little I have to offer with other greenies like me.

Computing is a very complex subject, and almost no one can be an expert in every aspect. Here, you can rely on Members sharing their own areas of knowledge and expertise where yours may be lacking. This way, we are all better users.
