I've recently run a scan using MS Securty Essentials and it turned up this virus. Recently my computer has been infected with WIN32/Inject.A and a fraudulant antivirus, perhaps named Antivirus Soft. MS SE says that the threat has been removed, but my experience is that it either comes back or invites other malware on to the computer. Please advise.

I'm running XP.
