usb mobile hard driver cant be seen by winXP

I have windows XP (greek version) and a mobile disk (model NO.:HD-337-U2)

normally I should connect it with the usb, windows should see it and do my job should be done, but this doesnt happen
Windows say that they can't find the right drivers

any advice please?,Sakaman.

Hey, usually this is solved by installing the drivers that cam with the drive. If you dont have the cd, or just dont know what im talking about go to the drivers manufacturers site and find drivers for the product there.
