Just wanted to say how impressed I was with the malware removal guides. I was advised by a coworker to check out your site, and I must say I am so happy to have he did. Using your guide I was able to talk my girlfriend through the removal of a rogue anti-virus malware program while she is away in Costa Rica on a computer which is half in Spanish.

I've had Malwarebytes' for a while now, but she was without a removal tool, and your guide gave all the needed details about renaming the files and links to so many versions of the install files, that eventually she was able to do the removal with no issues.

Awesome site, glad you guys are here.

Hello and  to Bleeping Computer.

Please take a few moments to browse the New User Orientation forum, to help familiarize yourself with how the forum works.

Also, don't forget to check out the Tutorials.
There is a lot of very useful information there.
