Each time I shutdown my computer (Latitude D820, XP Pro SP3) in any form - that is, a re-strart or a complete shutdown - I get a blue screen stating thus:

Technical Information:

*** STOP: 0X0000000A (0X000002F4, 0X00000002, 0X00000001, 0X806E6A16)

Doing a trial and error search for the latest software installment requires patience I don't have. Is there a program that will pinpoint it for me. Preferably one I don't have to spent any money on.

Double-click BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.

When scanning is done, Edit/Select All...then File/Save Selected Items. Save the report as BSOD.txt.

Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.
