For the last several days I have been receiving the dreaded blue screen on my laptop with the Kernel Data Inpage Error message.
It has occured probably once a day for the last 4 days. After it occured the first time I completed a Windows Update of the Service Pack 3. I run the AVG 8.5 Free scan every day as well as check for the updates. For the last three days the history shows that the scan log is corrupted and that the scan has not finished properly. This has happend occasionaly in the past put not repetitively. I tried to run Ad-Aware and partially through it running I received the blue screen. I just tried to google Malware Bytes to download and while it was searching for the site it happened again. I use Windows XP. The technical information I received with the blue screen was as follows:
