My pc tech suggested I get rkill from this website so as to kill a malware program that may still be hidden to some degree, yet I have not been able to find it to make use of it. May you kindly direct me to where it may be and how to use it ? Thank you for your assistance.

Hello and  to Bleeping Computer.

Be sure to check out the New User Orientation and the excellent Tutorials.

As for rkill, download this file and save it to your desktop:

Copy it over to the problem computer on a CD or pen drive if you need to.

Double-click the file to run it. A command window will open briefly.

rkill does NOT remove malware. But it can stop malware running in the background on your computer which makes it easier to remove with other scanner/methods.
The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
