Hello I'm new, just thought I'd introduce myself.

I'm from New Zealand, now living in the UK. I used to work in IT support and be able to fix most pc problems myself, but took a career change (I'm doing a PhD in Coastal Science), and now have lost touch a bit. Some spyware issues helped my discover this site. I'm running windows XP and am starting to use Linux Mandrake, although just in the learning stage.

So hello to everyone

jpt198 (ps this was my uni logon at my first uni - its stuck)...
