Laptop running slower

I have a Thinkpad R50 running Unigraphics NX2 - some big files in the assemblies
As time goes by it is running slower and slower

Have you verified that you are using a few reputable antimalware/spyware applications and 1 antivirus? If so, and your sure your clean try this.

Do the following:
go to ccleaner.com
download crap cleaner
install it wherever
once opened, check everything in the left submenu if it is not already checked.
in the bottom right, click run cleaner
Let it work, and lots of crap will be cleaned from your computer.
