Some rogue antivirus malware called "Total Vista Securty" somehow managed to pop up on my computer, telling me i have 32 different viruses and trojans. I use microsoft security essentials and it just did a scan yesterday so i know this isnt true. I'm not sure where i got this "program" or how to get rid of it. Ive done a lot of searching and i see all sorts of stuff about the "Total Security" malware, but not "Total Vista Security". are they the same?

also, one of my friends suggested trying Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware program, so im getting that now

--Update, use Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware quick scan and it found 13 keloggers and deleted them all, didnt do anything with Total Vista Security though.... still waiting for the microsoft security essentials full scan to finish

Please post the results of your Malwarebytes Scans. This will help us to help you.
