Hi. My PC has been infected with a bug that I am having trouble getting rid of. My brother fell for a trick (ie. pop up stated the computer needed to scanned, was infected, ect) and I believe downloaded some malicious software. When I got to the PC, it was haywire with popups, fake scans. I restored to an earlier restore point which alleviated the situation. However, there is still some sort of trojan causing the computer problems.

The main (and only) problem has come when I logged into my chase bank account. After signing in, I am forwarded to a page that requests an abundant of personal information to "confirm my identity". The url is hxxps://mfasa.chase.com/auth/fcc/login I was suspicious of this and after googling to get more information and confirming with my bank, I found this page is not affiliated with the bank and I am being redirected here.

It appears that this behavior stems from the following:

I have used malwarebytes, Spyboy S&D, scanned with McAfee and still haven't been able to fix this problem.

Could someone please help. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
