I have a acer laptop with vista. I run maleware bytes, avg anitvirus and advanced system cleaner. Just today my avg picked up what it says is a trojan horse but it says it can't do anything bout it because it could affect my system. help i don't know what to do.

ok so i found it said jewelquest solitare so i went into control panel to remove it, then avg allowed me to move the individual infection(s) to the vault but idk, i'm nervous.
