Got some malware and can't get rid of it.

If I click on a icon on my desktop it opens many copies and several other icons (like I was clicking on them). It will also "click" on buttons if they are available. Also, when typing it will randomly add 9s and *s.

I've run avast and it found a couple things, same as with malwarebytes, but I can't seem to shake it. I've run rkill and am now running malwarebytes again. I'm not very confident I'll find anything.

UPDATE: Found nothing, still occuring.
